Materials and Finishes
Pool finish affects both appearance and long-term durability. Glass mosaic tile is a common finish for infinity pools and architectural pools, since small tile pieces follow curved surfaces without cracking. Travertine coping is a common edge material around villa pools in Dubai, chosen for its light color and low surface heat compared to darker stone. Structural glass is used on glass-bottom pools and glass pool walls, rated to hold water pressure safely at the thickness our engineer specifies.
Pool deck material affects how the space around the pool gets used day to day. A pool deck built with heat-resistant stone stays walkable barefoot during summer afternoons, unlike untreated dark stone, which retains heat. We select these materials against Dubai’s climate specifically, not from a generic supplier catalogue.
Water Filtration and Treatment Systems
